The Home Access Programme provides eligible household with subsidised fibre broadband and an option to own a tablet.

Starting from $9.00 per month, eligible households can enjoy 2 years of subsidised fibre broadband connectivity with the option to own a tablet.

Home Access Support Programme

Beneficiaries can attend classes to learn how to connect to the internet, download useful apps and other useful functions of the device, so that they can be familiar with using the internet and table independently and responsibly.

Who is eligible for Home Access 3.0?

To qualify for Home Access 3.0, eligible households must:

  1. Stays at HDB flat and with at least one family member staying at the same residential address who is a Singapore citizen
  2. Have a total monthly household income1 of <= $1,900; OR Per Capita Income (PCI)2 of <= $650
  3. Neither an existing Home Access beneficiary NOR an existing NEU PC Plus beneficiary with broadband connectivity

1 Monthly household income is the total monthly income of family members living at the same address. Monthly income refers to your basic income, overtime pay, allowances, cash awards, commissions and bonuses.
2 Per Capita Income (PCI) refers to the gross monthly household income divided by the total number of household members.
3 Families with at least 1 family member who is an existing beneficiary of selected government assistance scheme.
4 School-going child refers to full-time students in Government or Government-Aided School, Junior College, Centralised Institute, Independent School, Specialised Independent School, Specialised School, Institute of Technical Education, Polytechnic or MOE-funded Special Education School
