Home Access Programme

The Home Access Programme provides eligible household with subsidised fibre broadband and an option to own a tablet.

Starting from $9.00 per month, eligible households can enjoy 2 years of subsidised fibre broadband connectivity with the option to own a tablet.

Home Access Support Programme

Beneficiaries can attend classes to learn how to connect to the internet, download useful apps and other useful functions of the device, so that they can be familiar with using the internet and table independently and responsibly.

Who is eligible for Home Access 2.0?

To qualify for Home Access 2.0, eligible households must:

  1. Be from a household with at least one Singapore Citizen
  2. Have a total monthly household income1 of <= $1,900; OR Per Capita Income (PCI)2 of <= $600;
  3. Not be a current beneficiary of NEU PC Plus and not have a school-going child3,
  4. Be a first-time beneficiary of the Home Access Programme; AND
  5. Be a first-time Home Fibre Broadband subscriber.

1 Monthly household income is the total monthly income of family members living at the same address. Monthly income refers to your basic income, overtime pay, allowances, cash awards, commissions and bonuses.
2 Per Capita Income (PCI) refers to the gross monthly household income divided by the total number of household members.
3 School-going child refers to full-time students in Government or Government-Aided School, Junior College, Centralised Institute, Independent School, Specialised Independent School, Specialised School, Institute of Technical Education, Polytechnic or MOE-funded Special Education School
